Technical Requirements

  • Software: Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.).
    • While the official Adobe website is an option, we don’t recommend it (Adobe’s subscription policy can be tricky).
    • Our online students are eligible to subscribe at an educational discount through Collegebuys.org, if available.
    • CollegeBuys offers Adobe products exclusively to students of California Community Colleges (CCC).

    • We may also use some other online tools.
  • Hardware: A Mac or Windows PC capable of smoothly running Adobe Creative Cloud software. Tablets or phones are insufficient for this class.
  • Internet: Reliable internet connectivity is required to stream course content from Canvas and other platforms like YouTube or Vimeo.
